Apr 4, 2019 · The 43 sits in the safe. I have all three. I like the 42 and the 365. I bought the 42 knowing that I would buy a Sig as soon as I thought the bugs had been worked out of the model. The two guns may look like the same overall size, but the Sig is thicker and bulkier throughout and about 7 ounces heavier (both loaded). The Sig P365 also has a better trigger than the standard Glock 43. Granted, it isn't Series 70 1911 crisp; we're talking about a modern mass-market compact plastic fantastic and those do not have the best go-pedals for the most part. (Except for the Walther PPQSC and the HK VP9sk. Those triggers are fantastic.)The Sig just didn't feel right nor did it shoot well for me. In contrast, the Hellcat shoots 30 feet better than most full size handguns I shoot. My hands prefer a Ruger Redhawk over a S&W 686 also. (Most people think that's insane).
